Program covers one school program with 2 to 5 teams, like varsity, JV, sophomore and freshman. Running a boys and a girls program? The Program Bundle covers both, each as its own program with its own staff, for 20% less than two Program plans. Club is for 6 or more teams and is priced per team, which fits AAU and club organizations. All of them can be paid yearly or in 12 monthly payments, and Program and Bundle can also go month-to-month.
An admin can upgrade any time from Program Settings. Month-to-month plans can be canceled whenever you like. Yearly plans paid monthly run for a 12-month term and renew each year. They can't be switched to month-to-month mid-term, but you can turn off renewal so the plan ends when the 12 months are up.
Yearly is the best price: Coach is $399, about $33 a month, and saves $909 (69%) compared with a year of month-to-month. Prefer smaller payments? Pay the same yearly plan in 12 monthly payments of $36 ($432 in total, $33 more than paying once). Month-to-month ($109 a month for Coach with one team, or $139 for a whole program) has no commitment and you can cancel anytime, but even a 4-month season ($436) costs more than a full year. Basketball doesn't stop after the season either: summer league, AAU, player development and next year's playbook all live in Hoops Helm.
