What does Hoops Helm cost?

Plans start at $149 a year for one team. You can pay yearly, spread a yearly plan over 12 monthly payments (from $13 a month), or go month-to-month (from $39 a month). Over a full year, paying yearly saves 68 to 69% compared with month-to-month. Program (2 to 5 teams, from $249 a year), Program Bundle (boys + girls, save 20%) and Club plans are available too. Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every program starts with a 14-day free trial of the full platform. After that, pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your program becomes read-only for 12 months, so you can still view and export everything.

Can our school pay by invoice or PO?

Yes. Choose pay by invoice at checkout and enter your school name and PO number. We email an invoice due in 30 days and your plan starts right away. Need a quote for your AD first? Request one here.

Why pay for the off-season?

Most of the work that wins games happens before the season: summer league, open gyms, installing your playbook and planning practices. Pay for the year up front and you get all 12 months for less than 4 months of month-to-month. Head Coach is $549 a year (about $46 a month), while 4 months at $149 a month is $596. Coach is $399 a year (about $33 a month) vs $436 for 4 months, and Manage is $149 a year (about $12 a month) vs $156 for 4 months.

Who is it for?

High school, middle school, club and AAU programs, boys and girls. It works for a single team or a whole program with varsity, JV and freshman teams. See plans for programs.

Do players and parents pay?

No. Players and parents join free, and there is no limit on how many you invite.

What devices does it work on?

Any phone, tablet or computer with a web browser. Sign in at app.hoopshelm.com. There is nothing to install.

How does setup work?

Upload your schedule as a PDF and Hoops Helm builds your calendar. Add your roster, then invite your staff, players and parents. The help videos walk through each step.

Can I bring my existing playbook?

Yes. Import FastDraw or Hoops Geek playbook PDFs, or draw plays from scratch in Play Creator.

Is my team's data private?

Your program's data is only visible to the people you invite. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how we handle it, including how long we keep it.
